1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one tez777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account profile promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tez777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tez777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your tez777 account, you must notify tez777 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tez777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. tez777 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the tez777 deposit interface and are subject to change. tez777 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder. tez777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. tez777 is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors or banking institutions.

tez777 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the tez777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any inconsistency between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the specific game or event.

tez777 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in odds or game settings, match-fixing, collusion, or abuse of a platform error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's tez777 account balance. tez777's decision in relation to the settlement of any bet is final and binding, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution process applicable under governing law.

In-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to match events such as the fall of a wicket during a PSL or T20 International fixture. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will stand unless voided under these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tez777 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

tez777 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer – including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts, exploiting a technical error, or coordinating with other players – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tez777 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Attempting to exploit any software error, vulnerability, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that causes or is likely to cause disruption, damage, or impairment to tez777 systems or other users.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access your tez777 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tez777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual material, is the property of tez777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any tez777 content without prior written authorisation. Your right to use the Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tez777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. tez777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The tez777 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. tez777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own device.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

tez777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, tez777 will endeavour to return any remaining verified balance to the account holder via the original deposit method.

You may request closure of your tez777 account at any time by contacting tez777 support. Account closure requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme will be processed in accordance with tez777's responsible gaming procedures.

11. Responsible Gaming
